Our devices are either designed to operate on clean skin or, in the case of our 4-in-1 Radiant Renewal Wand, in conjunction with our specially designed Skin Therapy Activating Serum. Use of other skincare products while using our devices is not recommended.

Yes! Our spa-grade skincare devices can be carried onto airplanes in your personal bag. Do NOT store them in your checked luggage, as their lithium ion batteries are prohibited in checked baggage.

Additionally, all of our topicals comply with TSA guidelines for carry-on luggage and are 100mL or less. Some countries limit the number of bottles in your carry-on, so please confirm with your travel agent or airline you are able to travel with your entire skincare set.

The Bye Acne 3-Minute Pimple Spot Treatment is a Class II medical device with a specialized pre-programmed three-minute treatment session featuring a combination of Red and Blue Light Therapy. Absolutely! For all devices, we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of your original purchase. If your device does not work properly due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the wand free of charge within that 1-year timeframe.
Warranty replacements are processed after returned items are received, when applicable.  For more information about how to initiate a return, please see our Return Policy.

This warranty does not cover devices damaged by:

• Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
• Theft or loss.
• Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed.
• Connecting to incorrect current and voltage.
• Service or repair by unauthorized persons.

This warranty extends only to the original retail purchase, original retail purchase date, with original proof of purchase (such as retail store receipt or Solawave order number) and only when purchased from an authorized retailer or reseller. Warranty replacements are processed after returned defective items are received, when applicable.

This warranty only extends if the device is used in conjunction with authorized device accessories (such as charging cable). The Solawave warranty does not extend to Solawave Skincare products, which are solely subject to the Solawave Return Policy.

Solawave will not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this device. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from date of original purchase.

All returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please click here. Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a refund.

For eligible returns, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for U.S. orders only, and for return shipping from a U.S. location only. If you have sent your return using a different carrier/different shipping label than the label provided, please provide the tracking information. Shipping costs associated with using a different carrier or a different return label are non-refundable.

In order to receive a full refund, returns must include the product, all original packaging, instructions, and accessories. All items must be returned and in good, working condition with normal wear and tear.

Returns will be fully inspected upon receipt to ensure good working condition of all components. If any of the components are missing, dirty or damaged, the cost of the affected component will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received. We can only process returns for products sold on Solawave.co. Refunds post to your original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear. All shipping fees are not refundable (most orders qualify for free shipping).

Topicals are eligible for physical return if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Solawave’s Eye Recovery Pro should not be used by: 

• Someone under the age of 22.
• Someone who is pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding.
• Someone with active cancer or cancerous lesions.
• Someone who suffers from any severe skin condition, such as severe acne.
• Someone who suffers from disorders that involve photosensitivity.
• Someone receiving photosensitizing medications.
• Someone who suffers from light-induced headaches.
• Someone with a known allergic reaction to silicone or plastics. 
• Someone suffering from a sunburn within the past two weeks.

Eye Recovery Pro should only be used over normal, healthy, intact skin. The device should not be applied over, or in proximity to cancerous lesions, or applied over swollen, infected, or inflamed areas or skin eruptions (e.g., phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, broken capillaries, varicose veins, etc.) or areas of the skin that lack normal sensation. Patch test the device on your skin before using.

If you have a fever, acute inflammation, a severe circulatory disorder, light sensitivity, anesthetic, or desensitized areas, consult your health professional before use.

Adverse Reactions

If you have any adverse reaction from using this device, such as discomfort, skin discoloration, skin irritation, or other concerns, stop using it immediately and consult your health professional.

Skin irritation, bruising, contact burns, dizziness, nausea, and headaches are rare but possible side effects. Immediately stop using the device and contact your health professional.

If you experience a persistent headache and/or other persistent painful sensations while using this device, stop using it and consult with your health professional.

This device is FDA-cleared and intended for the treatment of fine lines and wrinkles in the periorbital region (the area around the eye). Any harmful consequence resulting from misuse, or application to other body areas, connection to improper voltage sources, or any other improper applications is neither the responsibility of Solawave nor its affiliates.
