How to Use
STEP 1
Wash and dry your face so you start with clean, hydrated skin.
STEP 2
Apply the Renew Complex Serum to prep your skin for the Wand.
STEP 3
Glide the Wand across your face in an upward and outward moment, slowly covering your forehead, cheeks, under eyes, jaw, neck and upper lip. The Wand will automatically turn on when making contact with hydrated, clean skin. Use for at least 5 minutes and enjoy your new glow.
FAQ
Most users will feel results after their first treatment, but visible results are cumulative and most effective when implemented into a consistent routine. We highly recommend taking before and after photos for optimal comparison (and so we can see exactly what SolaWave has done for you). Note: results may vary, but usually become apparent after two weeks of regular usage. Check out customer Before & Afters!
All SolaWave Wand purchases include a 1-year limited warranty that covers replacement & repairs due to malfunctions & manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear & tear, theft, or accidental damage. The SolaWave warranty does not extend to SolaWave Serums, which are solely subject to the SolaWave Return Policy.
We offer a 30-day return on all orders sold on SolaWave.co. To initiate a return, please email returns@solawave.co.
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees are not refundable (if shipping fees were initially covered by us, they will be deducted from the return payment). We do not charge a restocking fee.
Out of an abundance of caution, we do not recommend using the SolaWave wand if you are under 18, have an active or recent cancer diagnosis, have a pacemaker (or other implanted metal in your body), or are pregnant.

vibration malfunction
After a month or so of use my wand would stop vibrating during use. If I turned the head vertical and then horizontal it would start working again. It was a bit annoying but still felt good to use and I was pleased with the improvements I saw. Then, after about 6 months of use it stopped vibrating completely (the red light and warmth still functioned). If the wand worked I'd give it a 5-star review--it was giving good results (more "glowy"/less dull skin, smoother texture). But if the features don't work the wand doesn't work so 2-stars it is. I have contacted Sola Wave about the issue and am waiting to hear back.

Loving it!
Overall I’ve absolutely loved my red light solawave. Although I can’t speak to the long term effects of it I find it so soothing. Since using I also haven’t had as dry of skin and also less acne.

Great product
I use my sola wave usually in the mornings for the directed 5 minutes sometimes longer. I think it softens my skin before I start my makeup. I don’t see many results from the microcurrent but I have a NuFace I prefer. However, the heat & facial massage are so soothing & relaxing. I originally bought this specifically for the red light on small breakouts & I find that it does in fact work. I typically will apply the device directly over the break out & let it sit for almost a full minute & it kills the pimple almost immediately. By the next day the swelling is gone- I might still have a red spot for another day but I use retinol so it’s usually gone. I would definitely pair this with other skincare products but it’s worth adding it to your skin care routine.

Fast response
I love my Solawave! I use it at least 4 times a week and love the gentle massage and heat. I recently had a problem with mine and the customer service department were so very quick to respond and get me all set! My device refreshes my skin so nicely and feels therapeutic to use.

I have been using this since about late May 2022 and have definitely noticed the red spots on my face have diminished and immediately after use do look much less red. I live the ease of the wand and it makes me feel like I'm doing the most gor my skin each time I use it. I love it so much, I'm going to purchase another Solawave wand!
